Characteristics
It is applied for degassing and refining of aluminum for crucible holding furnaces and aluminum ladles in aluminum foundries;
Application

Control
The Siemens 10-inch touch screen is applied to adjust the process parameters according to the needs to achieve the desired degassing refining effect;
Siemens PLC control unit accurately controls three systems of the equipment:
Refining powder spraying system
Rotary injection system
Cantilever lifting system
The equipment has 8 sets of process parameters, and more sets can be added as needed;
Each set of parameters includes:
Refining agent amount, spraying speed, process time, two-stage spraying power, two-stage rotor speed
All process parameters are recorded
Protect and record multiple abnormal situations
