　　The sales department and R&D center of Zhongzhu New Materials Industry have made careful preparations for this exhibition. Our booth covers an area of 100 square meters, showcasing products such as conventional amorphous refractory materials and large prefabricated projects, including high-insulation aluminum ladles suitable for long-distance transportation, filtering boxes, aluminum degassing, refining, filtering, and transfer equipment. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongrong Intelligent Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., will also make an appearance. 　　At this exhibition, Zhongzhu New Materials Industry brings the latest R&D achievements from our R&D center:

　　1. Quick-baking anti-stick aluminum material, using high-purity mullite and high-purity alumina as the main raw materials, with the addition of anti-stick agents to provide excellent anti-stick performance. This product consists of powder and binder, which can be mixed on-site to achieve excellent construction performance. Since this product does not use cement as a binder, it can be quickly baked, featuring high air permeability, high medium-high temperature strength, excellent sintering performance, and improved stability, making it suitable for use in the aluminum processing industry as working lining materials for melting furnaces, insulation furnaces, and areas in contact with molten aluminum.

　　2. Low-alumina mullite-based anti-stick aluminum casting material, using high-quality mullite as the main raw material, while introducing a new type of high-temperature anti-stick aluminum agent, ensuring the product's high-temperature volume stability and anti-stick aluminum characteristics. The main advantage of this product is its low bulk density (2.39g/cm3), good insulation, and excellent resistance to thermal shock. It is suitable for use in the aluminum processing industry as working linings for troughs, aluminum ladles, melting furnaces, insulation furnaces, and areas in contact with molten aluminum.

　　3. Aluminosilicate-based no-cement casting material, very suitable for areas requiring rapid cooling and heating, featuring excellent construction performance, high strength, and excellent volume stability. It can be applied to the upper walls, furnace tops, door frames, and lintels of aluminum melting furnaces; it can also be used in equipment that comes into contact with non-ferrous and ferrous metals, as well as for other conventional purposes.

　　4. Aluminosilicate-based dual-component quick repair material: dry refractory material + liquid binder, designed with a bulk density of only 2.08 g/cm3. It features quick demolding after construction and excellent insulation properties, making it very suitable for use in non-ferrous and casting metal melting. Its applications include repairing and casting furnace chambers, troughs, furnace covers, and degassing boxes.

　　5. High-alumina-based dual-component refractory casting material, composed of powder and a patented liquid binder, with the introduction of large particles providing excellent crack resistance, as well as advantages of quick construction and quick baking. This product also incorporates a new type of high-temperature anti-stick aluminum agent, giving it outstanding resistance to molten aluminum penetration and salt-alkali corrosion. It is very suitable for use in the aluminum processing industry as working lining materials for melting furnace slag lines, insulation furnaces, and areas in contact with molten aluminum.
