Castable for aluminum construction notes:
1. Pouring environment: The ambient temperature during pouring shall not exceed 32°C at the highest and shall not be lower than 5°C at the minimum. Otherwise, cooling or heating measures must be taken, and it is best to keep the temperature of the mixture between 18 and 24 °C.
2. The formwork used for pouring should have sufficient strength, the size of the formwork should be accurate, and deformation during construction should be prevented. The joints of the formwork should be tight without grout leakage, and anti-sticking measures should be taken for the formwork.
3. When pouring Castable for aluminum, the plug-in vibrating rod should be used to vibrate slightly. During molding, it can vibrate while feeding, and the vibration time should not be too long; as long as the surface is flooded and the interior is dense, air bubbles can escape.
4. The construction of Castable for aluminum must be carried out continuously. The time interval between each pouring should be within 20 minutes, and the longest should not exceed 30 minutes. The material should be evenly poured during pouring, and the free fall height should not exceed 1.3 meters.
