COIL-CRETE 490

COIL-CRETE 490 is designed as a coating and protective material for the turn-to-turn insulation and inner surface of coreless induction furnace coils. It provides electrical insulation, thermal insulation, and resistance to coil deformation, effectively preventing interturn short circuits and, for a certain period, inhibiting the penetration of molten metal and other harmful substances. The material exhibits excellent workability, high strength, and superior wear resistance. It is colored red to distinguish it from the refractory lining of the furnace.
