COIL-CRETE 390

COIL-CRETE 390 is designed as a coating and protective material for interturn insulation and the inner surface of the coil in coreless induction furnaces. It provides electrical insulation, thermal insulation, and resistance to coil deformation, effectively preventing interturn short circuits and, for a certain period, inhibiting the penetration of molten metal and other harmful substances. The material exhibits excellent workability, high strength, and superior wear resistance. It is colored red to distinguish it from the refractory lining of the furnace.
