ULTRA-CAST FLOOR

ULTRA-CAST FLOOR is a castable refractory material specially developed and manufactured for heat-resistant, explosion-proof flooring. It can withstand extreme thermal cycling, severe mechanical abrasion, and intermittent splashing of molten metal and slag. Depending on customer requirements, it can be used to cast an entire floor, applied as a topping over conventional concrete, or produced in precast panels. The floor can be walked on or subjected to heavy equipment traffic just 24 hours after installation, significantly reducing downtime associated with floor maintenance.
