ULTRA-CAST SS

ULTRA-CAST SS is designed for use in the aluminum processing industry as a working lining in aluminum melt transfer equipment, such as aluminum melt flow channels, where it is in direct contact with molten aluminum. Made primarily from electrofused quartz, its unique material structure delivers low density, superior thermal insulation, and excellent dimensional stability. The addition of an anti-adhesion additive that effectively prevents molten aluminum penetration further enhances the material’s outstanding resistance to aluminum adhesion.
