ULTRA-FLO 85

ULTRA-FLO 85 is designed as a lining material for ladles used in molten iron handling and can also be employed in the linings of copper-alloy ladles and tundishes. It exhibits outstanding volumetric stability and thermal insulation performance, making it ideally suited for use as the inner lining of pouring ladles where minimal temperature drop during service and superior heat retention are required. Manufactured using high-purity alumina–silica-based materials as the primary raw materials, this product is a low-cement castable that offers excellent workability, high strength, and exceptional resistance to slag and molten-iron erosion.
