ULTRA-FLO856LS

ULTRA-FLO 856LS is designed for use as lining material in ladles and tundishes, as working lining in pouring or ramming applications for furnace nozzles, and also for lining and tundish applications in copper alloy operations. It is formulated with high-purity electrofused quartz as the primary raw material, resulting in a cement-free castable that contains no alumina. The material exhibits excellent workability, high strength, and outstanding resistance to slag and molten iron erosion.
