ULTRA-CAST TS

ULTRA-CAST TS is designed for use in the aluminum processing industry as a working lining for aluminum melt transfer equipment, such as aluminum melt troughs, where it is in direct contact with molten aluminum. Made primarily from electrofused quartz and featuring a unique material structure, it boasts low density, superior thermal insulation, and excellent dimensional stability. The addition of an anti-adhesion additive that effectively prevents molten aluminum penetration further enhances the material’s outstanding resistance to aluminum adhesion.
