SIL-RAM 162

SIL-RAM 162 is designed as a working lining material for coreless induction furnaces, primarily used for melting gray iron, ductile iron, and various ferroalloys; it can also serve as a lining material for the smelting of high-temperature nonferrous metals. The product is formulated using high-quality, high-purity quartz sand as the main raw material, with strict control over particle-size distribution and binder dosage, to resist erosion and scouring by molten iron while maintaining a well-structured, loose backing layer that enhances the overall safety and performance of the furnace lining.
