Prefabricated Refractory Materials

Customized products that are pre-cast and pre-fired to final shape. They can be fabricated into various geometries to meet application requirements, with embedded holes, reinforcing steel, or metal fibers added to enhance strength and thermal shock resistance. Common precast components include slag dams, impact plates, flow channels, tundish diverting plates, furnace-bottom push-out blocks, intermediate ladles, deep-bed filtration boxes, and furnace door frames. These components eliminate the need for on-site casting; they simply require assembly, thereby reducing construction and baking time.
