Bolivia ALU-PAK 72CR Alumina based plastic for repair furnace lining

ALU-PAK 72CR is designed as patching refractory for coreless induction furnace lining and lining wear parts for melting steel, iron and various non-ferrous alloys. It can also be used as coreless induction furnace nozzle material. ALU-PAK 72CR uses high-purity aluminum silicon based oxide as the main raw material, and add a certain proportion of chromium oxide. Through unique design and improvement, the material has excellent construction performance. The addition makes the material have high strength and high corrosion resistance. ALU-PAK 72CR uses non-phosphorus binder to avoid the problem of phosphorus increase in molten steel due to materials. If better plasticity is required on site, a little water can be added to stir it.

Boron nitride coating

- SFR-BN is a blue or white colored coating material, with its excellent non-wetting ability to molten aluminum, even a very thin layer is strong enough to protect the ceramic and steel substrates from slags.

SFR-BN is supplied as paste, after dilute with water, no sediments and stratification within 30 mins. it contains about 98% boron nitride and other 2% ingredients.

SFR-BN can apply for Launders, spouts, distribution troughs, tubes, transfer ladles, skim dams filter box, thermocouples, auto-pour ladles.
