ALU-RAM 955 Dry ramming mass work lining material for coreless induction furnace melting and holding aluminum/zinc alloy

ALU-RAM 955 is an aluminum calcium magnesium based dry ramming refractory material for melting metal alloys in a coreless induction electric furnace. It can be used in continuous or discontinuous smelting production conditions. ALU-RAM 955 uses high quality and high purity aluminum calcium materials as the main raw material, and adds a high proportion of magnesium oxide and other materials to make it have excellent volume stability and anti-stick aluminum performance. Through strict control of particle size distribution and binder content,effectively resist the erosion, flush and penetration of molten metal, meanwhile maintaining a good loose layer on the backing, which improves the safety performance of the overall lining.
