STEEL-RAM 86 Dry ramming massfor Coreless induction furnace melting and holding steel alloy

STEEL-RAM 86 is lining material for coreless induction furnaces, mainly used to melt carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. STEEL-RAM 86 uses high purity corundum as the main raw material, and adds a certain proportion of magnesium oxide. The hot surface will form a dense sintered layer of aluminum magnesium spinel at high temperatures during use ,which can resist the erosion and flush of molten steel, meanwhile the lining maintains a good loose layer to improve the safety performance of the overall furnace lining.
