ALU-FLO 806SiC Silicon carbide material lining material for reverb furnaces and Channel Induction Furnace

ALU-FLO 806SiC is designed as lining material for reverb furnaces and Centralized melting furnace for melting and insulating various aluminum alloys, also be used on channel furnaces and launders for melting and insulating copper alloys. It can be used as a conventional alumina based low cement castable. ALU-FLO® 806SiC uses high purity corundum and mullite materials and adds silicon carbide as the main raw material. The unique material design makes the material with excellent high temperature strength and resistance to rapid cold and heat, excellent resistance to slag and molten metal penetration.
